MAISONPARATI
Privacy Policy
Last updated · 15 June 2026

Maison Parati is built on restraint — and that includes the data we ask of you. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the control you keep over it.

Who we are

The data controller

Maison Parati is a pre-launch project operated from Ghent, Belgium. We decide how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the “data controller” under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You can reach us any time at isaac@maisonparati.com.

Maison Parati is the trading name of Isaac Desmedt (zelfstandige in bijberoep), Ghent, Belgium · Enterprise number BE 1036.183.395.

What we collect

The information you give us

If you complete our questionnaire, we collect the answers you choose to provide — which may include your age, country, occupation, your tastes and opinions, and what you would expect to pay. If you add your email address, we collect that too.

We collect nothing you do not actively type in. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track your behaviour across other websites.

Our hosting provider processes limited technical data (such as your IP address) in standard server logs, for security and to deliver the site.

Why we collect it

Purpose, and our legal basis

That is all. We do not, and will never, sell your personal data.

Who else sees it

Our processors

We keep your data to ourselves, with two technical exceptions who act only on our instructions:

Because Netlify is based in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it is protected by appropriate legal safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Retention

We keep your responses only as long as they are useful for the purpose above — and no longer than 24 months from the moment you submit them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. When you withdraw consent, we remove your data promptly.

Your rights

What you can ask of us

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Exercising any of these is free — simply email isaac@maisonparati.com and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you also have the right to complain to the Belgian supervisory authority:
